All staff must demonstrate the following skills:
- Team-building skills
- Effective verbal and listening skills
- All staff have, or are finishing, a degree in a child related field.
- Willing to make a mess, have fun, and stay actively engaged with children.
- Must have a positive and professional appearance.
- Must have prepared resume and letters of recommendation prior to interview.
- Communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must have a talent and passion for early childhood education
- Well-balanced individuals who add value to our team.
- Must have at least 6 months of verifiable experience.
Job Description
Toddler Teacher (FT)
SALARY: $8 – $11.00 per hour depending on education/experience
Pay raises are performance based throughout the year.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and implement weekly lesson plans
- Provide a loving, nurturing, caring environment
- Maintain classroom structure and routines
- Serve 2 snacks and a lunch
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and students
- Follow all federal and state rules and regulations
